Nice scarf, slow support

I bought the FIVE Gemusterter Relax Schal and it's really lovely, very soft and the pattern is vibrant. The shipping itself was fairly quick, got it in about a week and a half. My only minor complaint is that I had a question about tracking that I emailed them about, and it took almost three days to get a reply. The customer service response was helpful once it came, but a bit slow for my liking. Overall, good value for the quality.
